Added ProjectileStartRange to BulletDropWeapon and run a trace when a player fires it to see if there's something infront (like a wall) and if so dial the start position back a little

Added Scale Hidden Damage Game Setting (def: 0.5) Disallow IRIS from picking stuff up. Increased knife basic damage. Don't show CCTV hud for Hidden when they die. Ensure primary weapons are in primary slots. Disallow chatting or voice when dead. Hidden now always sprints, can jump normally, and the shift key will leap and - if held down - stick to walls until stamina is drained or shift is released.
