Updated clothing meshes to match the new citizen better, updated materials to match. Added any missing clothing lods. Stripped eyelashes from Citizen.fbx
Fixed broken eye skinning on lods. Added Head_Ghost Blendshape to Citizen. Added TubGhost materials.
Set jaw rotation to 0 on Citizen.fbx. Regenerated avatar to match updated rig.
