Prefixed downsample ratios, maybe we should make these dynamic from bottom up?
Calculate & Pass LODs for shadows but don't do anything with them yet
For spot & ortho lights, calculate the closest points between the fustrums
Doesn't make sense to use radius for ortho
Account for distance when light sorting
Remove light count tracking
Account for sunlight when resampling
Allow mixed shadows to resample at a different ratio
Fixed mixed shadow resampler too
Move resampler to shadow cache
Initial fix for shadows not upsampling once downsampled
