Fixed client compile in builds
Merge main -> SpawnMargins
Switched the other three PuzzleReset scripts at Arctic Research Base to use the AIZ check instead of distance checks. Fixes them inadvertently respawning nearby NPCs

Set BaseSpawnPoint playerCheckMargin default to 2, which was the old const value.
Merge main -> SpawnMargins
Increased some scientist spawns to 20m from 10m. Leaving some others at 10m that are in reasonably small or enclosed spaces. Launch site, train yard, airfield, trin tunnels updated and S2P.
