Added support for loading a cfg file per shot in a demo
The cfg file needs to be the same filename/path as the shot but it should have a .cfg extension
Added a Load demo checkbox on GameSetup, allows you to load directly into the specified demo after hitting play
Updated test.dem, the old one had a bunch of missing entities
