Set thruster_module_min_condition to 0.2, so even if you use up all burns, the harvested thrusters will still have some value
Satellite control computer no longer requires tech trash to power up, only aiming module
Satellite cooldown set to 18 ingame hours (1 real hour)
Launch site S2P
Crude production rate 9 > 6, collection interval 10s > 20s, works out to:
Large oil switch (20min timer duration) -> 360 total crude per pump at dome, 1080 total in all pumps
Small oil switch (20min timer duration, 0.5x multiplier) -> 180 per pump, 540 all pumps
