Fixed material changes which altered emission of some cinematic point lights
Changed material for cinelight_point_blue - now uses version which can be rendered on cyc walls and backdrops
Fixed 'cinecyc_black' not being hidden with hideobjects command
Fixed cinematicentity.demohideobjects not working properly on CLIENT only
Added 'light flag' cinematic entities - useful for cutting/blocking light:
• 3 variants; small, medium and large
• Assigned to group 4 (misc) to allow independant hiding

Changes to cinematic entities:
• Cine entities can now be hidden by group - lighting, backdrops, props and misc (Thanks Flavien!)
• Assigned backdrop entities to group 2 - can now be hidden independant of lighting
• Updated help descriptions for cinematic entity convars

Added support for multiple disable groups to CinematicEntity
Spawnable backdrops and cyc walls for cinematics (green, black, white, black, grey and neutral variants)
Disabled collisions for cinelight cinematic entities - player movement, melee and bullets no longer collide with them. Still can be ent killed and hidden.
Added more cine light variants; red,green, blue, etc
Fixed intensity of cinelight_spot_white
