Fixed demolish timer restarting after using the simple upgrade menu on an external wall/gate
rework some volumes to make snapping and building block to work nicer
also delete stray Assets\Materials dir, added in

Even more strict handling of free spraying on frontier walls
removed stray damage volume
moved Frontier gate sockets match closer to the model making wall placement easier and alinged
added temporary barbwire and hurt volumes
added prevent building volumes to walkways
Added a 50% buffer for the look at check when looking at a gate with a spraycan
Enabled needOnlyOneAreaCheckValid on ladder ground watch, fixes all ladders being destroyed on external walls when a single ladder is picked up
Some improvements to free spray behaviour on external walls
Mark the frontier wall/gate as not hidden
Fix simple upgrade options missing
