Very minor tweak to underground after the shading formula fix.
Tweaked more things to compensate for the fixed fog calculation.
Fixed the odd purple at dead twilight.
Various. Fog tweaks. Polish pass & consistency between weather types.
Mitigated snow flake redness at twilight.
- render foreground atmosphere fog occlusion of clouds in reflection probe
- fix mistake in atmosphere fog integration math causing it to appear darker than it should (fixes the ocean reflection discrepency, will need some retuning to compensate)
