Changed templates to a non-shader extension to prevent template menu script from refreshing
Updated UI/Default ASE template to avoid name clashes with existing properties
Added Rust/Particle ASE template with base soft particles and screen masking support
Tweaked Rust/Standard template input ordering and show/hide port by link ID
Added Rust/Standard template inputs for "Vertex Offset" (e.g. vertex animation), "Vertex Tangent" and "Vertex Normal"
