Fixed colour tint serialization
Corp serialization code and a bit of boilerplace for merging.

Added some more quality settings.
Added notifications to corp members when builds get owned / disowned, fixed deed map icon.
Work from here. Blyat branch is fucked and Plastic won't fix it.
