Got admin spectate cancel and respawn working. Added IsAdmin property to connections
Minor edits + method rename
Sorting out create/destroy ordering issues, + admin spectating work
Remove unused vehicle camera code
Stopped spectate input working even with menu open
Spectate UI can use diagnostic menu. Also updated how it gets the escape menu.
