Add "wantedposter.autorefresh" convar
If set to true, when a wanted poster is assigned it will regenerate that image every 5 seconds for faster visual iterating
Remove unused poster prefabs

Add an idle transition post kick anim so it doesn't just stop and adjust gesture duration so it doesn't end early
