aligned arrow type heads properly to end of arrow in compound_bow entity

Crossbow - Continuing with the 3P Entity UV Fixes (fixes all workshop skins), now fixed the arrow being invisible in 3P, swapped the arrow for the one used in the bow, stretched the arrow a bit so it goes all the way back like in 1P

Pickaxe - added AO texture to the material
Hatchet - Redone worldmodel and LODS, fixed UVs (fixes all workshop skins), improved topology/shading and added a simple AO map.
temporarily reverted combat knife invert so we can debug the workshop tool before any fixes
Flipped combat knife mesh in v and w to have parity with the workshop downloaded combat knife model, and now text doesn't appear flipped on the in-game combat knife. Have tested with all approved knife skins. This does mean some unapproved knife skins will have flipped text/symbols if they uploaded their skin with manual flip compensation.
Changed skin colour fallback colour to match the default workshop scene player model (red hands fix)
Fixed Custom SMG viewmodel using the wrong material on the grip (should fix all workshop skins along with it)
