New map for new buildings...
Added some basic lot spawning stuff.
Merge the latest to my mission branch
Fixed some issues with C4 being able to be thrown through walls as well as damaging stuff through walls.
Corporation bank accounts get merged as well now.
Fixed remaining issues. All seems sound.

added wall_door_window_left brick01 test bake prefab with lod0, lod1 and lod2 individually baked to 1 mesh and 1 material per lod
Added a load of tweaks based on suggestions.
