Switch ai.npcBarksEnabled to a replicated var to fix client compile for now.
Finish building from steering wheel now shows the same error messages as when trying to finish building from the station.
Fixed project opening in safe mode: Deleted code in ResetStaticFields.cs to enable codegen. Ran codegen.
