customisation item material options are now correctly previewed and not applied whenthe base item isn't unlocked
more customisation saving, restoring of material options etc, gave all hat material options name ids, rebuilt db
added support for test server with new setup, refactored some network stuff for it, started test server on the server
customisation db tool now attempts to create default customisation material options and grab the correct materials.
ran tool to generate all defaults.
