Fixed descend/throw back sometimes appearing briefly after the player interacts with a vine
Vine swinging tree and stump are now poolable
Don't let outbreak scientists spawn on oil rig (check for ocean topology)

Improved vine positioning on branches
Fixed incorrect animator parameter name
Vine branches now use tree LOD settings rather than mesh LOD settings (so they should cull when a tree gets billboarded)
