added console command to start game, for testing add particles to precache, code cleanup more console commands Added sound listener and set up sounds for ball sound listener lerps a bit between world origin, camera pos and the ball so sounds are directional a bit ball is a bit bouncier in Z axis, gravity slightly reduced.
