unflipped city_hex_20 prefab (-1 to 1 in scale) and flipped road, mm road and ground elements inside, repositioned buildings and trees etc.

Hid buildings in hexes that obscured bridges and bridge roads
added new prefabs in to city 2 scene, rebuilt city and added correct materials etc

Saved over city 2 with city 1 ready to build city out of prefabs
fixed up tunnels and added proper sign posts inside tunnels to help navigation. Added tunnel signs to prefabs to tidy up heirarchy
saved over city scene 2 with city scene 1. added new tunnel system to hub and added new tunnel piece 21. reworked tunnels to flow better and started to add signs in tunnel to help navigate.
