Merge from minigun_2024/viewmodel_camera_anim (support for modifying camera pos/rot via a dedicated animated bone on the viewmodel)
Removed unused duplicate lodgroup script
fixed outline not appearing on worldmodel when dropped
viewmodel renderer setup ( turned off for now) still needs ammo belt settings once mat's are completed
Updated minigun ammo pack with final model (placeholder materials for now)
Heavy scientist suit can be equipped with backpacks
Heavy scientist suit tanks get hidden when backpack is equipped
edited minigun view model deploy and admire anims
edited 3p minigun idle and shooting anims
setup wider idle stance for 3p minigun
removed ironsight nodes from vm prefab as they're not needed & confusing

Minigun updates:

skinned metal loops on minigun weapon model and animated a little shake on them when the barrel is rotating. Also made 3p idle animation loop smoothly
edited minigun world model idle r hand pose and removed the keys from the trigger on minigun rig
Fix minigun server compile
Don't look at parent entities for players, because we want a mounted player's bullets to still hit the vehicle they're mounted to. DO look at parent entities for vehicles etc, so they can't shoot themselves
Fixed autoturrets + attack heli turrets, which I broke in
94719 when adding server-side bullet thickness support
Fixed non-zero-thickness ServerUse projectile hits not registering. Pass in the owner as the ignoreEntity for TraceAll, so they stop hitting themselves
Fixed muzzle orientation again
Attack tweaks.
Viewmodel muzzle point pushed back a bit.
