Misc horse saddle fixes, craftable, move sounds
Eliminate the 200ms tape recording playback delay entirely, for any recordings. Shorten the cassette-recorder-rewind sound instead, so that it ends marginally before the 3 second mark where recording starts, no longer contaminating the recording.

Suppress AltMove "GiveItem failed" error. Failure is intended in the scenario where the player is alt-moving clothes to their clothing bar from their inventory and the clothes can't be worn to to other clothes using a necessary slot.
