Abstract -> Virtual - Base Siege Weapon now implements VehicleChassisVisuals Client Wheel User - Siege Weapon Wheels are stored on the shared class now - Swapped all siege weapons over to Bills new system (apart from BatteringRam) - BaseSiegeWeapon handles most of the movement logic
