Update to Workcart Fixed flickering decal. Removed them as per Peturs request so light placement is nicer.

Update to workcart model: removed decals from bottom so Petur can place lights without it being awkward. offset other decals that were previously flickering. Had a look at the missing LOD0 headlights but everything seems okay?

Workcart red colour variation: -red variant materials use a simple _Red suffix to differentiate; these are the only ones that need to be used for the variant. -removed ao from where the glass window and frame used to be on the door.
