Bunch more very WIP including:
client side player boat entity dimension synching
block collider reparenting
enabling building priv for player boats
steering wheel vehicle priv basics

Updated the texture bundles to include the new and fixed normal maps
ghost ship variants, variants lod bakes. Currently only ship colours and name change, working on set dressing variation next
