Fixed server restart (save and load) choosing a random Cargo Ship variation, meaning a 50% chance that the cargo ship on the server wouldn't match the client. Cargo ship now loads with the layout that it had when saved

Fixed the vignette effect jumping in instead of smoothly coming in from 0, when using the post-process weight slider. The Blur is trickier, and isn't fully fixed at this stage, so I'm still not starting the low oxygen effect until oxygen reaches the hurt point, but oxygen effect is back.

Disable the oxygen overlay effect for now, until we can get the weighting to have an effect on the blur and vignette
