Vehicle chassis collider fixes
Allow mountables to be... not mountable. Since a modular vehicle chassis isn't mountable until it has seats.
Rename BaseModularCar to ModularCar
Rename BaseCar to BasicCar since ModularCar won't inherit from it
Adding WIP trumpet model/mat/textures
