Fixed ScaleBySpeed not dividing by deltaTime, causing the reported speed to be framerate-dependent and much lower than actual. Greatly increased the min/max speed values all users of this script to accommodate for this fix. Fixes all boat wake effects being framerate-dependent.

Ruling out memory leaks: Bracket the Analytics "stats" Conditional so that it behaves as (a || b ) && b rather than a || (b && c ). Setting ConVar.Server.stats to false now disables stats without also having to have AnalyticsSecret null or empty.

Fixed antialiasing settings not reverting when taking normal-res screenshots with transparency. Fixed settings bug with hi-res transparent screenshots.
Added support for custom size for hi-res screenshots in builds. New convar is Screenshot.HiResScreenshotCustomWidth. Set to 0 (the default) to use default hi-res screenshot size, which is 4x your native resolution. Set to any other number to use that number (clamped between 128 and 16384).
