Fixed ScaleBySpeed not dividing by deltaTime, causing the reported speed to be framerate-dependent and much lower than actual. Greatly increased the min/max speed values all users of this script to accommodate for this fix. Fixes all boat wake effects being framerate-dependent. Ruling out memory leaks: Bracket the Analytics "stats" Conditional so that it behaves as (a || b ) && b rather than a || (b && c ). Setting ConVar.Server.stats to false now disables stats without also having to have AnalyticsSecret null or empty.

Reinstate changes that 80221 merge ("merge from gameplay_metrics") accidentally stomped. Client and Server ValidDismountPosition calls now match exactly again. Also using discards ("_") instead of creating a Collider for some TestNoClipping calls.

Eliminate the 200ms tape recording playback delay entirely, for any recordings. Shorten the cassette-recorder-rewind sound instead, so that it ends marginally before the 3 second mark where recording starts, no longer contaminating the recording.

Added support for custom size for hi-res screenshots in builds. New convar is Screenshot.HiResScreenshotCustomWidth. Set to 0 (the default) to use default hi-res screenshot size, which is 4x your native resolution. Set to any other number to use that number (clamped between 128 and 16384).
