Update icon script to match the increased alpha. Increased from original 215 to 230
Increase icon opacity to better work with the new look. Updated UI.VirtualItemIcon also.

Remove the IconMaterial shader from item icons, take things back to natural colours
More logical fix for the jacket. Fixed the jacket itself having the material from the red jacket skin instead of its default skin. Jacket and its icon are now both dark grey by default. Red skin (and others) will work as expected.
