Reset dirty bool at the start of SetIcon
This prevents situations where OnAfterTreeRender is called multiple times and in turn SetIcon before the first one has finished and reset the dirty bool.

Converted T3 Workbench to all convex colliders.
Made some very temp placeholder changes to the unpacked parachute model
