[d11][Audio] Fixed Sound classes routed to mixer channels affected by amb sfx FE slider. Also fixed issue where occluded ambience would not have been affected by amb sfx FE Slider. Also fixed issue where occluded SFX wouldn't be ducked by gunshots, explosions or rival player footsteps. Made mix path slightly more efficient. Renamed some mixer channels so as to be less ambiguous.

A bunch more happiness groundwork. Added a happiness modifier definition system, modifiers can stack X times, expire, etc. VitalModifiers now ticks its collection of modifiers, returns the combined value, used in the set function of HappinessComponent.

Added HappinessComponent, moved happiness tick function etc out of HumanComponent into it. Added a generic VitalModifiers class for holding & limiting a dictionary of modifiers by an enum key with limits.

Fixed incorrect message on gang buildings in Cyka Blyat mode. Ended up fixing up a whole bunch of out-of-date unit purchase code, since things are pretty different now with how doors/locks/buying works. Updated gangs to use the new unit purchase system as well, in case we ever bring them back. Removed some unused code.
